The major challenge that she was facing with Mailchimp API was with its limitation for events such as:
When a subscriber is added to a segment or the segment has been updated, in such scenarios, the data is not synchronized in real-time.
The operation becomes critical whenever the subscriber unsubscribes from the campaign.
The unsubscribed subscriber data is not tracked in real-time, henceforth the campaign data is not optimized.
