The Challenge:
The major challenge that our client was facing was with their data syncing for their MailChimp Campaigns along with Segment, Member, Subscriber, and Tags data within Salesforce CRM.
They were also looking forward to syncing Subscriber Activity in the Campaign directly from the Salesforce Contact record.
They were using MailChimp and Salesforce independently for their campaigns, however, with MailChimp Event API limitations, they were not able to achieve this data sync:
A: When someone unsubscribes
B: When someone clicks /opens an email these details were not synced in real-time
C: When a subscriber is assigned a tag
D: When a subscriber assigned a Segment
E: Creating a campaign and assigning a recipient

Using CC Segment and Segmentation in CC Campaign, our client can now assign the right set of audience as per the marketing campaign
4: In the CC Campaign record we have provided the client with fields for Campaign Analytics like Total clicks, Total Opens, etc.
