About the Client:
Founded in 1965, the Schuylkill Center is one of the first urban environmental education centers in the country, with 340 acres of fields, forests, ponds, and streams in northwest Philadelphia. We work through four core program areas: environmental education, environmental art, land stewardship, and wildlife rehabilitation.
The Challenge:
Managing full-service email programs, they needed to build high-quality emails at scale. They had to ensure that every single email created the optimal subscriber experience.
They have been using Mailchimp to reach new audiences—like potential partners, investors, or community members—and to stay connected with the candidates and customers they’ve already established a relationship with.
But the major challenge was to connect with the right set of target audiences in order to achieve optimal user experience across various email campaigns.

Using ActiveCampaign, we send them an email congratulating them for completing each step of the coursework, and at the end, send them a certificate of completion.
